For enhanced productivity, each work-arm runs independently. An interlock function ensures the safety and stability of the machine while running. It also provides a real-time temperature monitoring ability for quality control with the capacity to store production formulas to facilitate production management.

Finally, the shuttle machine is equipped with a Siemens automatic PLC and a multi-functional Touch screen for easy operation. It also has an ‘auto-inspection of breakdown’ mechanism to make maintenance and repair easier.
